Contact UK Passport Plan

Need help with a British passport application?

UK Passport Plan provides practical support with first British passports, passport renewals, applications from overseas and passport applications for children born abroad.

Tell us briefly what type of British passport application you are making and where the applicant lives. We can then explain what information and documents are likely to be required and how UK Passport Plan may be able to help.

We can assist with British passport applications including:

• first British passport applications;
• British passport renewals;
• replacement passport applications;
• British passport applications from overseas; and
• passport applications for children born outside the UK where British citizenship entitlement is established.

Our focus is practical application preparation: helping you understand the process, organise supporting documents and prepare the application carefully before submission to HM Passport Office.

Please do not send passports, birth certificates, identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive personal information with an initial enquiry unless we have asked you to do so.

A brief explanation of the application is usually enough for us to identify the type of support that may be appropriate.

Complete the enquiry form with a short explanation of the application you need help with. Please tell us:

• whether the application is for an adult or child;
• whether the applicant lives in the UK or overseas;
• whether it is a first passport, renewal or replacement; and
• the country in which the applicant currently lives.

You do not need to send detailed documents with your initial enquiry.

UK Passport Plan is based in Brighton, but British passport applications are largely managed online, allowing us to support applicants across the UK and overseas.

Whether you are renewing a passport in the UK, applying for your first British passport or preparing a passport application for a child born abroad, we can help you work through the application and supporting evidence in an organised way.
